Job Description
Areas of Operations:
• Buildings
• Integrated Infrastructure
• Other Structures
Essential Skills:
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Design standards / codes / manuals
• Proficiency in graphic software, including but not limited to AutoCAD, ETABS, STADDPRO
• Familiarity with latest technologies in the field
• Should possess good presentation and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design & Detailing:
• Develop and review architectural and structural drawings, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with standards.
• Create construction details, sections, and elevations for facades, foundations, interiors, and roofing.
Technical Leadership:
• Mentor junior engineers and guide the design team.
• Lead coordination meetings and solve complex design challenges effectively.
• Standards & Compliance:
• Ensure designs meet local and international codes and safety standards.
• Stay updated on advancements in construction materials and software tools.
Project Collaboration:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve design challenges.
• Review and approve project drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to address design issues on-site.
Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and BOQs.
• Maintain thorough documentation of design processes and revisions.
Qualifications
- B.E. (Civil) with Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
Minimum Requirements
Around 07 – 15 years of experience in Consulting Industry.
