Job Description
The Architect will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality architectural designs across a wide range of projects, including industrial, residential, institutional, commercial, and tourism development. The role involves working from concept to execution stage, ensuring design integrity, compliance with standards, and coordination with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative and technical design skills, an understanding of regulatory and costing frameworks, and the ability to manage design deliverables with professionalism and precision.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural and master planning projects across various domains including industrial, residential, commercial, institutional, and tourism infrastructure.
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs, from conceptual stage through schematic, tender, and GFC-level documentation.
- Prepare and manage working drawings, presentation materials, and conceptual design visuals.
- Conduct client meetings, lead presentations, and secure approvals on architectural deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure design integrity, timeline adherence, and quality standards.
- Manage design and drawing deliverables, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Understand and contribute to cost estimations, specifications, and BOQ preparations as part of the design process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Architect or Master’s in Architect
Minimum Requirements
- Experience of 3 – 5 years.
- Strong understanding of the Architecture, Planning, and Engineering sectors in both Indian and international contexts.
- Familiarity with relevant design standards, building codes, and manuals.
- Proficiency in graphic and architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArcGIS, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Rhino.
- Excellent analytical, creative, and presentation skills.
- Maturity and confidence to interact with high-level stakeholders, including government and bureaucratic systems.
