Senior Planner
PAE | On Site, Thane
Job Description
- Execute and manage projects related to Urban Development/Infrastructure, Master Planning, Area Based Planning (including Industrial, Residential, Institutional, Commercial, Mixed, Precinct Development), Tourism Development, Buildings, etc.
- Provide technical inputs as and when required.
- Lead meetings and presentations and obtain approvals on reports/ maps/ drawings from clients.
- Contract management
- Implement project monitoring and reporting system.
- Provide necessary inputs in bid preparation.
- Assist in capacity build of PAE team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Should have sound understanding of the Planning, Architecture and Engineering sector in India and abroad.
- Familiarity with Design standards / codes / manuals.
- Should have experience of working on projects funded by bilateral and multilateral agencies like ADB, World Bank, etc.
- Proficiency in graphic software, including but not limited to AutoCAD/Revit, ArcGIS, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino and/or SketchUp.
- Should have the tenacity as well as maturity to interact with stakeholders at different levels particularly the bureaucracy and its systems.
- Should possess good analytical as well as presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Qualifications
- B. Arch /B. Planning with Master Degree in Planning/ Urban Design.
Minimum Requirements
- Around 10-15 years of experience in Consulting Industry.
