Tender Executive
Business Development| On Site, Thane
Job Description
1. Research and identify tender opportunities from various sources.
2. Review and summarize tender documents, highlighting critical information.
3. Prepare technical bids in compliance with tender requirements.
4. Draft pre-bid queries and participate in pre-bid meetings (virtual/physical).
5. Expertise in online tender submission on government portals (e.g., Gem, e-procurement, nprocure).
6. Coordinate with internal teams, associates, government agencies, and authorities to gather necessary information.
7. Ensure timely submission of proposals and prepare MIS reports.
8. Work independently and efficiently in high-pressure environments.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Proven experience in tender management
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Familiarity with government procurement portals
6. Self-motivated and independent worker
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Civil Engineering, BMS (any specialization), or a related field.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Tender Executive in the construction industry, preferably in infrastructure projects.
