Job Description
Candidate should meet below Job description,
Technical: –
• Ensure designs adhere to local and international design standards, codes, and authority requirements.
• Conduct design calculations, including electrical load estimation, short circuit analysis, voltage drop, equipment selection, and integration of new technologies such as solar systems.
• Review and assess design documents submitted by contractors for compliance and feasibility.
• Collaborate with HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, PA systems, CCTV, BMS, and communication
systems to ensure cohesive design integration.
• Facilitate coordination with relevant stakeholders for follow-ups and approvals throughout the
project lifecycle.
• Work with the commercial team to provide cost inputs and engage in tender technical discussions.
• Actively participate in meetings and discussions at the client level, providing technical insights and
updates.
• Oversee all MEP planning activities related to HVAC, PA, FAS, CCTV, and plumbing services.
• Provide necessary inputs towards green building initiatives, emphasizing sustainability in MEP
design.
Managerial: –
1. Monitor and control the project deliverables from authorities and contractors.
2. Prepare a micro schedule for deliverables.
3. Review bills, technical parameters and variation claim by contractors.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant tender opportunities from government portals and other sources.
- Review and summarize tender documents, highlighting key technical and administrative requirements.
- Prepare technical bids in alignment with tender specifications and organizational capabilities.
- Draft and submit pre-bid queries and actively participate in pre-bid meetings (both virtual and on-site).
- Manage online tender submissions via platforms such as GeM, e-procurement, and nProcure.
- Coordinate with internal departments, associates, and government bodies to collate and validate necessary documentation.
- Ensure timely proposal submission and maintain accurate records through MIS reporting.
- Operate independently and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines and pressure.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Master’s degree Electrical Engineering who have 5 to 8 years of experience in Consulting Industry.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering who have 5 to 8 years of experience in Consulting Industry.
Minimum Requirements
