Job Description
The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and executing electrical works related to high-voltage transmission lines and substations (132kV and above). The role includes resource mobilization, material planning, quality assurance, vendor coordination, and preparation of client certifications and billing documentation. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of electrical systems, project execution processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and support site execution for 132kV and above transmission lines and substations.
- Manage material planning, reconciliation, and engineering drawing interfaces.
- Coordinate with site engineers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow.
- Prepare and enforce job-specific procedures focused on quality and safety compliance.
- Facilitate mobilization of resources and ensure timely deployment.
- Oversee completion and handover of utilities in accordance with project specifications.
- Prepare and certify Client RA Bills and ensure accurate project documentation.
- Assist in maintaining overall site discipline and adherence to technical standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for site and client coordination.
- Familiarity with networking, operating systems, and project-related digital tools.
- Proficient in MS Office and other construction-related software tools.
- Strong orientation toward customer service, with willingness to travel extensively.
- Understanding of vendor and subcontractor management in the power transmission sector.
